Helena Clinkscales is the founder of Optimised Office, a Microsoft 365 and AI consultancy based in Saffron Walden. She spent over 20 years working across a range of industries and roles, and for the last six years has worked directly with businesses, bringing an outsider’s clarity to systems that have grown complicated from the inside.
Her approach favours patience over quick fixes, one careful conversation at a time, until what looked like a tangle starts to make sense. Most of her work is done remotely, supporting businesses across the UK, while closer to home she works with businesses around Cambridge, Essex and Suffolk. Independent by design, she has no allegiance to any platform and no interest in selling what isn’t needed, only in helping a business find its way to something steadier.
